Driss Mellal

Chef Driss Mellal is the founder of Nomad Eats a catering company in Marrakech. He grew up in an artistic family in the Dades Valley and graduated from art school in the south of France before moving to Paris to train as a chef.

After 9 years in France, Driss moved back to Marrakech in 2018.

He has self-published two cookbooks in English: Nomad Eats, Food and Travel Intertwined and a sequel The Shared Plates Edition in 2022.
