Tara Stevens
Tara Stevens is a celebrated food and travel writer, culinary guide and cookery teacher.
She splits my time between Barcelona, Spain and Fez, Morocco and tries to squeeze as much travel as possible in the gaps in between.
Over the past 12 years Tara has covered innumerable destinations – usually with a food angle – for a wide variety of publications. Most recently she has reported on the Michlifen Hotel, Ifrane, Morocco for Conde Nast Traveler; chef Angel Leon and his love of plankton for Scanorama and Fool magazine; and Jaegerborgsgade – Copenhagen’s food street – for the Telegraph.
Tara published the Clock Book: recipes from a Modern Moroccan Kitchen in 2010 and she is currently working on a new book of Moroccan cuisine scheduled to be published at the beginning of 2021.
